I never took biology in highschool so this was a great read, very detailed, and the practice exams after every chapter helps you recall the information. I would also check out Khan's Academy online for|About the Author|Matthew Distefano has a degree in Biology and a MS in Curriculum and Teaching from Fordham University in Bronx, New York.
